Referral Scheme and Referral Codes

  1. The PROMOTER for the reward is Blue Chip Holidays Ltd. The OWNER is a legal property OWNER not known to Blue Chip Holidays. The REFERRER is the person who informs an Owner about Blue Chip Holidays. The REFERRAL CODE is a unique code given to a REFERRER by Blue Chip Holidays.
  2. You must have a unique REFERRAL CODE to be eligible for Referral Rewards.
  3. To obtain a REFERRAL CODE the REFERRER must complete the request on www.bluechipowners.co.uk/referral-rewards/ if the REFERRER has not already received a code directly from Blue Chip Holidays.
  4. To qualify for the reward, the REFERRER must pass on the unique REFERRAL CODE to the OWNER; this code must then be on the contract when received into the Blue Chip Holidays office to be countersigned immediately. The REFERRAL CODE cannot be added at a later date.
  5. Upon Blue Chip Holidays countersigning the contract and after the first booking has arrived, the REFERRER will be sent a cheque. The cheque amount will be £400. A £100 Blue Chip Holidays voucher will also be sent if the referral is made before 30.11.2016.
  6. Only one reward will be issued per property OWNER. If two REFERRERS introduce the same property to the PROMOTER, the reward will be paid to the REFERRER whose REFERRAL CODE is detailed on the contract.
  7. Rewards will only apply if the OWNER is a new introduction to the PROMOTER. If the holiday property has previously been promoted by Blue Chip Holidays (or Blue Chip Vacations) in the past with the same OWNER, or if Blue Chip Holidays have already been contacted by the OWNER, then no Reward will be applicable. If the OWNER has purchased a property previously promoted by Blue Chip Holidays, the Reward will only be payable if the property had left the Blue Chip Holidays portfolio for longer than six months.
  8. This Referral Reward promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other referral offer, and if an existing commercial referral arrangement is in place, the existing arrangement will take precedence.
  9. Existing Blue Chip Holidays OWNERS can refer other OWNERS to join the Blue Chip Holidays portfolio and be eligible for this reward. All other Terms & Conditions will apply in this instance.
  10. There is no limit to the number of OWNER referrals a REFERRER can make.
  11. Blue Chip Holidays (the PROMOTER) reserve the right to withdraw this referral offer at any time.
  12. Blue Chip Holidays reserve the right to inform an OWNER of the REFERRERS details. As PROMOTER, Blue Chip Holidays are not liable for any breach in Data Protection if the OWNERS permission was not sought by the REFERRER.
  13. This referral promotion is not available to Blue Chip Holidays employees, their family members or their friends.
  14. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash. It is the REFERRERS responsibility to use the vouchers within any expiry date.

Owner Cancellation Protection Scheme (OCPS)

We are delighted to be able to guarantee full payment of owner income on all confirmed guest bookings*.  Your income is guaranteed regardless of the reason for the cancellation or whether the cancelled booking has only had a deposit paid or the final balance settled. All we ask is that you do not owner book or close that week’s availability in order to allow us the chance to re-book the cancelled dates.  If you do owner book the cancelled dates, or make them unavailable to us for any reason, you will not be eligible to have the owner income from the cancelled booking.  If you decide to cancel a guest booking, it will not be covered by OCPS.

*Confirmed guest booking – A booking that Blue Chip Holidays have accepted a payment for from the customer.
