- All owner referrals must be received as a completed form and emailed to the respective Portfolio Development Manager
- All property owners are subject to our standard recruitment terms and conditions contained within our Rental Agreement
- You will receive your reward within 4 weeks (excluding cooling off period) of your referral contracting a new holiday property owner with us
- Reward is issued per new holiday property owner contracted and not per property
- There is no limit to the number of new property owners you can refer
- We are under no obligation to contract any property
- We reserve the right to withdraw these offers at any time
- All properties contracted must be new to our database
- Recommendations must be validated by the owner at the point of contracting their property with us
- Recommendations from the same household as the owner will not be accepted
Owner Cancellation Protection Scheme (OCPS)
We are delighted to be able to guarantee full payment of owner income on all confirmed guest bookings*. Your income is guaranteed regardless of the reason for the cancellation or whether the cancelled booking has only had a deposit paid or the final balance settled. All we ask is that you do not owner book or close that week’s availability in order to allow us the chance to re-book the cancelled dates. If you do owner book the cancelled dates, or make them unavailable to us for any reason, you will not be eligible to have the owner income from the cancelled booking. If you decide to cancel a guest booking, it will not be covered by OCPS.
*Confirmed guest booking – A booking that Blue Chip Holidays have accepted a payment for from the customer.
