We have been working with Blue Chip for several years with a flat we have in Cowes. One of the deciding factors to use Blue Chip was their quality advertising. We have been delighted to find out that their booking system and the ‘team’ behind the scenes as well as our local representative, Suzanne, complete the picture of a high profile, well-run company ensuring the experience of working with them is good.
Our barn conversion which was let through Blue Chip from last summer had a slow start, but Suzanne was on hand to point out a couple of things that we needed to tweak and following her advice, hey presto, the barn is fully booked for the whole of the summer and receiving top reviews.

Since we have signed up with Blue Chip over the past year, we have had over 50% occupancy in our property. We never expected this in the first year and are extremely happy about the amount of bookings. The personal touches we get from our owner account manager are fantastic and we have a great relationship and are constantly tweaking things to get the maximum from our property.
